Both. You can hire us for just a kitchen or a set of wardrobes, or hand over the whole home. We also do offices, shops, showrooms, clinics, restaurants and cafés.

Yes. We prepare 2D layouts and realistic 3D visualisations, and refine them with you. Production starts only after you approve the final design, materials and colours.

Every quote is itemised — materials, finishes, hardware and labour are listed separately — so you can see exactly what you are paying for. The cost depends on the size of the space, the materials you choose and how much custom work is involved.

No. The final bill matches the approved quotation. If you ask for extra work or material changes, or the site needs work that could not be seen during the visit, we quote it separately and only go ahead with your approval.

Payments are made in stages linked to project milestones. The exact schedule is set out in your quotation before work begins. See our terms for details.

We use branded, moisture-resistant plywood and boards, WPC where it suits wet areas, quality laminates and branded soft-close hardware. Your quotation lists the brand and grade of each item.

Yes. Our fabrication covers panel cutting, edge banding, laminate pressing and modular furniture manufacturing, so we control quality and fit from start to finish.

Of course. We help with material and colour selection using real samples, and you approve everything before production.

It depends on the scope. Our average handover is around 45 days, and a single kitchen or wardrobe usually takes less. You get a schedule with your quotation.

Yes. We handle civil modifications, flooring, painting, false ceilings and partitions, and coordinate plumbing and electrical work, so you deal with one team on one schedule.

A dedicated supervisor manages labour, material procurement, quality checks and scheduling, and is your single point of contact from start to handover. You get regular updates from site.

For single-room projects, usually yes. For full-home or civil work, we will advise you during planning, as dust and noise can be significant.

The space is cleaned and we walk through it with you, fix any snag items, and explain care and maintenance. After-service is available whenever you need it.
